DTL4u will be an interactive Windows diagnostic expert system, currently under development. As the code is VERY complicated, the tool will probably be sold (around 10 euros), unlike the whole NetDTL suite, which is freely available from GitHub (https://github.com/DidierMorandi).
Instead of asking users to execute technical commands, DTL4u performs as many checks as possible automatically, explains its reasoning in plain language and guides users step by step toward the most likely solution.
DTL4u is designed for both end users and IT support technicians.
